Job Summary

• The expectation of this position is to lead and direct hourly team members to provide quality products to meet company quality standards and achieve financial and business objectives.
• Essential functions of this position are: provide quality products to our customers globally; achieve production objectives; achieve daily hatch objectives; achieve safety objectives; develop and retain qualified team members; and achieves TSA and NPIP compliance regulating Cobb business activities.
• The jobsite is a biosecurity environment which requires showering before entering the facility and could require multiple showers during the work day.
