Proficiency with metrology tools like calipers and micrometers
Experience with ISO standards and inspection concepts
Ability to conduct push and pull testing using Mark-10 equipment
Strong analytical skills for root cause investigations
Nice-to-have
IPC-A-610 certification preferred
Green Belt Certification preferred
Familiarity with Minitab or JMP statistical software
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong 'Own It' mentality for autonomous work
Key Requirements
Associates Degree or equivalent experience
Basic software and computer skills required
