  • This role manages a multidisciplinary team responsible for benefits and leave administration, people operations and HR data integrity, contractor processes, and Workday system configuration.
  • The ideal candidate is a compensation subject‑matter expert with extensive experience in California labor and regulatory reporting requirements, a deep understanding of Workday (particularly Advanced Compensation), and strong leadership abilities.
