Job Summary
The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring adherence to current federal, state, and local regulations.
You will be expected to develop work assignments, delegate authority to Charge Nurses, and ensure sufficient staffing levels of licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants for every shift.
This role requires active participation in committee meetings, including Infection Control and Quality Assessment, to implement recommendations that improve the continuity of residents' total regimen of care.
