Job Summary

  • The Wellness & Recovery Specialist is responsible for care coordination and/or care management activities focused on the Wellness and Recovery of members.
  • This role enables associates to work virtually full-time, with the exception of required in-person training sessions, providing maximum flexibility and autonomy.

Key Requirements

  • AA/AS degree and 2 years health or behavioral experience
  • Certified recovery specialist/coach or peer/family support certification
  • Ability to work Central Standard Time
  • Valid certification in peer support services
