Marsh is seeking an IT Quality Assurance Analyst to join their hybrid team, focused on delivering high-quality software products through collaboration and best practices in quality assurance. The role requires strong technical skills in test engineering, particularly with AI applications, and effective communication across cross-functional teams

Job Summary

  • Work with POD leads and business/POs to ensure a holistic and consistent approach to Quality through RCA, metrics, code quality, and defect stage containment.
  • Federate the overall test approach to the Squads, focusing on built-in quality, metrics, methods, and tools, and lead process improvement initiatives.
  • Provide timely reports with qualitative and quantitative analysis of test coverage and defect trends, enabling key stakeholders for timely course correction.

  • Familiar with Automation Framework Design and Implementation
  • Experience in WDIO Test Framework (Ex: WDIO-javascript/typescript , Specflow)
  • Proficient in JavaScript, Typescript
  • Strong experience working with API test automation, Mongo Db, Datadog, Selenium Grid
  • Good understanding of working with source control systems such as Azure DevOps, Github
