• The Technical Engagement Manager (TEM) plays a key role in the delivery of client solutions to Fortune 1000 Insurance carriers, supporting critical deployment, change management & eventual success of operational products.
• Key responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, driving status updates, providing day-to-day operational leadership, and leveraging business systems analysis and project management skills to ensure client success.
• Compensation includes a base salary range of $140-175K, an annual bonus plan, company equity plan (RSUs), and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and generous paid time off.
