Job Summary

  • This role establishes and uplifts project portfolio projects, processes and planning artefacts to support transparent decision-making, effective resource allocation and enterprise-wide value delivery.
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders, the position provides expert guidance on portfolio planning, investment prioritisation and performance reporting, while driving continuous improvement in portfolio governance and maturity across the organisation.

Key Requirements

  • Postgraduate qualifications in IT, project management or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Significant experience delivering portfolio management or project governance
  • Proven experience leading or supporting business process redesign
  • Strong experience in project delivery frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to engage, influence and manage stakeholders
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
