Key Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree
  • Active U.S. bar membership in good standing
  • Minimum 10 years legal experience
  • At least 7 years in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry or healthcare/life sciences law firm
  • Strong knowledge of FDA, OIG, DOJ, FTC regulations
