  • Will be part of the primary JJT partners the for the plant leadership team with overall accountability of plant technology product roadmap, portfolio and investment strategy, aligned to Business Segment and JJT strategy.
  • Responsible for ensuring that Plant Product Roadmap aligned with Business strategic roadmap for the segment, Understand the business’s needs and priorities for the product.
  • Proactively manages the talent in their area, establishing performance goals and objectives, providing ongoing constructive and formal performance feedback, establishing and implementing development plans.
