Job Summary
The Intern Catering & Special Events Coordinator will support the overall day-to-day operations for the special events and catering department, planning and executing events as assigned.
Responsibilities include creating event orders, floor plans, BEO meetings, collaborating with the culinary team, and supporting catering operations for all ticketed and special events.
This role offers the opportunity to gain working knowledge of special events planning, BEO creation, and venue on-premise catering at The Star, Dallas Cowboys World Headquarters.
