Job Summary

  • The role is responsible for managing a team to provide operational support across the end-to-end client lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding.
  • Candidates must own the end-to-end operational data model and ensure accurate feeding of data into global dashboards using Power BI.
  • The position requires driving integrated operational planning across CXM, Media, and Creative service lines to reduce silos and prevent utilization leakage.

  • Multi-geography coordination across time zones

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in delivery operations, PMO, or service delivery management
