Must-have
5+ years in delivery operations or PMO
Hands-on Power BI dashboard creation
Advanced Excel with Power Query and data modeling
MS 365 ecosystem proficiency including SharePoint and Teams
AI and automation mindset for process improvement
Multi-geography coordination across time zones
Nice-to-have
BPO or GCC operations experience
Professional services and consultancy background
Built operational frameworks from scratch
Audit and compliance coordination in multi-market environment
Key Requirements
5+ years experience in delivery operations, PMO, or service delivery management
