3+ years leadership and team management
Deep knowledge of superalloys and advanced materials
Expertise in TRL/MRL frameworks and risk assessment
Proficiency with CATIA and Teamcenter PLM systems
Strong background in Design for Manufacturability (DfM)
Nice-to-have
Experience with additive manufacturing or hybrid processes
Six Sigma or Lean certification
Familiarity with digital twins and virtual commissioning
Global supply chain and offload industrialization experience
Model-Based Definition (MBD) and MBSE exposure
Key Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
Minimum 10 years of experience in aerospace engine manufacturing
Minimum 3 years of direct team leadership experience
Fluency in French and English required for daily operations
Ability to obtain controlled goods clearance and pass background checks
