  • Deep knowledge of superalloys and advanced materials
  • Expertise in TRL/MRL frameworks and risk assessment
  • Proficiency with CATIA and Teamcenter PLM systems
  • Strong background in Design for Manufacturability (DfM)

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with additive manufacturing or hybrid processes
  • Six Sigma or Lean certification
  • Familiarity with digital twins and virtual commissioning
  • Global supply chain and offload industrialization experience
  • Model-Based Definition (MBD) and MBSE exposure

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in aerospace engine manufacturing
  • Minimum 3 years of direct team leadership experience
  • Fluency in French and English required for daily operations
  • Ability to obtain controlled goods clearance and pass background checks
