This position is designed to strengthen local 4-H program excellence and impact statewide emphasizing the area of 4-H Youth Development at the county level.
This position provides specialized mentorship to new, mid-career, or struggling agents, focusing on individualized advice, success ideas, real-time counsel, and demonstration training.
