As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will advise managers on handling common HR issues and provide administrative and operational support to HR business partners and the HR technician.
You will support HR business partners in implementing solutions and carrying out various HR activities, including organizing and delivering workshops and presentations.
Compile and analyze various HR indicators and data (e.g., exit interviews, surveys, reports, etc.) and participate in the implementation, monitoring, and evolution of HR practices, tools, and initiatives.
