Job Summary

  • As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will advise managers on handling common HR issues and provide administrative and operational support to HR business partners and the HR technician.
  • You will support HR business partners in implementing solutions and carrying out various HR activities, including organizing and delivering workshops and presentations.
  • Compile and analyze various HR indicators and data (e.g., exit interviews, surveys, reports, etc.) and participate in the implementation, monitoring, and evolution of HR practices, tools, and initiatives.
