  • This role ensures all sales, financial, operational and HSSE goals of the territory are delivered in compliance with SGBP and through the implementation of customer and dealer value propositions that maximize profitability and sustainable long-term growth.
  • The position involves managing negotiations with dealers, delivering local Network Real Estate targets, and implementing strategies to maintain and expand the network through contract renewals and growth projects throughout Turkey within the territory.
  • The role requires continuous monitoring of market, competitors, legislation, and customer demand trends to update relevant parties and incorporate insights into operations while ensuring site operational excellence and service quality.
