Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Install and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment
  • Troubleshoot Robotic, PLC and Servo Drive Controls
  • Repair CNC Machining Centers, Brake Presses, Progressive Stamping Presses
  • Knowledge of Air Compressors, Boiler Systems, Chiller Systems, HVAC Equipment
  • Install and set-up AC-DC motors and controls
  • Hands on experience with mechanical and electrical tools
  • Operate power tools, cranes, man lifts, welders

Key Requirements

  • 8 years of practical experience in the Industrial Maintenance field
  • Exceptional working knowledge of Industrial Maintenance
  • Practical knowledge of Preventive Maintenance Systems
  • Practical knowledge of Root Cause Failure Analysis
  • Skilled trades test during trial period
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Technical degree
  • Journeyman Card and documentation showing a “Bona Fide” Apprenticeship equaling 4 years’ experience
