This role reports directly to the senior finance leader in GMD and indirectly to the Plant Manager, requiring partnership with plant operating leadership to provide financial analysis and insights.
Key responsibilities include preparing and analyzing plant budgets, forecasts, and KPIs, communicating financial results, identifying improvement opportunities, and partnering with execution leaders to achieve cost targets.
