Must-have
17+ years experience in EPC background
Degree in Electronics/Electrical engineering
HVDC business technical expertise
Technical leadership in complex systems
Willingness to travel globally

Strong oral and written communication skills
Proven ability to lead programs and projects
Demonstrated track record of designing quality systems
Experience mentoring less experienced team members
Ability to define strategies for new engineer development
