  • The Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) oversees the day-to-day operations of the rehabilitation department for assigned facility or facilities, including delivery and coordination of services and supervision of all Rehabilitation personnel.
  • This role is responsible for implementing new programs to meet the clinical and operational needs of the facility and its residents, holding administrative authority and accountability for rehabilitative services.
  • The DOR ensures that the rehabilitation needs of residents are met, services are of the highest quality, and all regulatory standards and company policies are adhered to.
