Key Requirements

  • A/B level Technician experience
  • 5+ years dealership or high-volume shop experience
  • Proven expertise in advanced diagnostics
  • Valid Driver's License
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Manufacturer certifications (e.g., KIA)
  • ASE certifications A1–A8
  • Experience with hybrid/EV systems
  • EPA 609 refrigerant certification
  • State inspection/emissions license
