The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must ensure resident safety by frequently checking those unable to call for help and promptly reporting any accidents or incidents observed during the shift.
Staff are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of all resident care information and reporting any suspected violations of protected health information.
