Job Summary

  • Core Responsibilities Handle day-to-day maintenance operations for the Group’s existing investment properties, ensuring optimal asset performance
  • Supervise onsite maintenance and improvement works, ensuring contractors adhere to safety protocols and quality specifications
  • Plan deployments and preventive maintenance schedules as well as monitor the efficiency, lifespan, and warranty periods of equipment
