Job Summary

  • Manage accounting and controlling functions for legal entities across Saudi Arabia, Israel, Kenya, Egypt, Morocco, and Nigeria, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting and compliance with local and US GAAP.
  • Develop, document, and maintain process and control narratives, manage SOX internal control documentation, and ensure proper balance sheet account reconciliations are prepared and reviewed.
  • Serve as a liaison for internal and external audits, collaborate with credit, treasury, and tax functions, and support strategic initiatives and business opportunities within the region.
