Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
5+ years of progressive engineering experience
Knowledge of FDA regulations and ISO standards
Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS)
Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
Nice-to-have
Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Experience with product transfers and design controls
Ability to lead continuous improvement projects
Positive can-do attitude in high-energy environment
