Job Summary

• The Service Manager I oversees maintenance operations for communities of up to 500 apartment homes and leads a maintenance team to provide excellent customer service, perform service requests, preventative maintenance, and unit turnovers.
• Drives efficient and high-quality community maintenance operations by managing all work order completion, unit turnover processes, preventative maintenance, vendor and project coordination, inventory and purchasing/invoicing, ensuring accurate documentation in the appropriate operating platform.
