The Technical Lead/Subject Matter Expert will provide high-level technical guidance and project leadership across major water and wastewater infrastructure projects with a focus in CA, AZ, TX, and FL.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred
Operator License in CA, TX, AZ or FL preferred
Minimum 10–15 years technical experience
Experience with treatment process design and hydraulics
Working knowledge of AWWA, ASTM, OSHA, NFPA codes
Familiarity with permitting and regulatory frameworks in CA, AZ, TX, FL
