7+ years incident management experience
Lead P1/P0 customer-impacting incidents
Serve as Incident Commander during events
Coordinate cross-functional technical teams
Drive post-incident root cause analysis

Experience with public safety environments
Familiarity with NG911 systems
Knowledge of NIMS or ICS frameworks
Background in emergency communications
Experience with CAD call handling systems
