Responsible for all the work of a team, spokesperson for everyone in it, managing team dynamics, and bringing out the best in everyone.
The annual salary range for this full-time position is $75,450 - $169,700 USD.

Key Requirements
Managed an engineering team of at least 2 people
Extensive experience with Frontend (React, JS, ES6 and Jest) or Backend (Elixir/Phoenix)
Strong engineering fundamentals and a track record of shipping production systems
Practical experience designing or adopting agentic/automation workflows
Solid communication skills
Proven organizational skills with attention to detail
