Job Summary
Leads all aspects of the services in the assigned team within the Department of Pharmacy.
Develops and implements programs to monitor and evaluate the quality of services provided, assure compliance with practice standards, and develops and implements the Department’s goals.
Assists with preparation of the annual budget; monitors financial performance of responsible areas and works to establish corrective fiscal plans when necessary.

Key Requirements
Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor’s Degree
Master’s degree or pharmacy residency preferred
Current and unrestricted Licensure in Ohio
Three years of hospital pharmacy manager experience
