Aditmaq is seeking a Production Planner to manage and optimize production schedules in Quito, Ecuador. The ideal candidate should have a background in industrial engineering or a related field, with experience in production planning, particularly in process industries.
**
Job Summary
Be responsible for translating the Master Supply Plan and Capacity Planning into detailed and executable short-term production programs (weekly/daily) for all manufacturing lines.
Lead daily follow-up meetings (daily huddles or tier meetings) with Production Heads and Supervisors to communicate the schedule, review progress, and resolve immediate blockages.
Analyze root causes of deviations between the original monthly plan, weekly scheduling, and actual execution at the end of the month.
