Job Summary
This role is responsible for identifying, qualifying, shaping, and capturing CMS opportunities.
The ideal candidate understands CMS procurement behavior, can position opportunities prior to release on eBuy, and can lead cross-functional teams to develop competitive, compliant, and price-effective solutions.
Supervise and mentor a team of up to 5 Business Development Analysts, driving accountability, pipeline discipline, and high-quality market intelligence.
