Job Summary
Lead the system integration team responsible for delivering best-in-class wireless performance, defining and driving system POCs, and driving first-time integration of new features and new HW.
Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Product, System, PHY, VLSI, RF, Firmware, Driver, and Validation to ensure products meet the highest performance and quality standards.
Lead and mentor a team of integration engineers, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment while defining and managing team goals.

BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering / Computer Science
Over 8 years of experience in engineering
Over 3 years as a team leader
System integration experience
Experience with multi-disciplinary communication systems
