The selected individual would direct and support our team of Project Managers in managing the CMARs and AEs throughout the design, preconstruction, construction procurement, construction, and closeout for the renovation and restacking of several floors throughout the building.

Key Requirements
College Degree in civil engineering or construction management preferred
Experience in Project Management on large-scale construction programs
Construction consultancy experience strongly desirable
Prior commissioning experience
Manufacturing or Mission Critical experience strongly desirable
Solid working proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and MS Office Suite
Excellent presentation skills
Licensed architect or architectural education preferred
