Job Summary
The Edison Engineering Development Program offers a two-year rotational assignment structure designed to accelerate professional growth through expert coaching.
Employees will complete challenging technical training including the Advanced Courses in Engineering (ACE) while applying engineering fundamentals to solve real-world problems.
Upon completion of ACE, employees are eligible to apply for a fully paid MS degree at a partner university of their choice.
