This role involves maintaining employee records, coordinating schedules, assisting with orientation and staff development, and ensuring compliance with safety and confidentiality policies.
The Scheduler works closely with nursing supervisory personnel, human resources, and other departments to support efficient nursing operations and improve service quality.
