Senior PMO accountable for end-to-end orchestration of China D&T portfolio across 4 key pillars, acting as the central hub for collaboration, budget governance, performance tracking, and global alignment.
Key responsibilities include cross-pillar orchestration, managing interdependencies, establishing portfolio KPIs, budget and financial governance, driving business change management, and process standardization.
Scope of accountability includes driving initiatives for commercial growth, embedding AI in business processes, engaging with the China innovation ecosystem, and having end-to-end ownership from idea to scaling solutions.
