Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Advanced degree or Bachelor's with 5+ years experience
  • Experience in Process management and Statistical Process Control
  • Ability to interpret technical data and manufacturing drawings
  • Knowledge of root cause analysis and FMEA methodologies
  • Experience translating requirements to production work instructions

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with GTF family gas turbine engines
  • Composite material repair methods and wet layup processes
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools
  • Experience with automation and robotic applications
  • Proficiency in SAP ERP and Solumina MES systems

Key Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM field preferred
  • 3-5+ years of engineering or manufacturing experience
  • FAA Repair Station operations knowledge
  • Experience with aerospace MRO environments
