The Document Delivery Technician screens incoming requests, verifies, retrieves, scans, and electronically delivers locally owned physical and digital documents.
This position is cross-trained in Lending and Borrowing workflows, routes requests to branch libraries and annex, and provides patron service in the Interlibrary Loan office.
