Job Summary

• The incumbent supervises the activities of various hourly classifications in all phases of car repair work ensuring the proper repair of railroad cars received at the shops in a safe, expeditious manner.
• This position requires a high school education, detailed knowledge of AAR/DOT regulations, and several years of experience as a supervisor in a tank car repair facility or another heavy industrial facility.
