Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • 5+ years of facilities experience (mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
  • 5+ years of predictive and preventative maintenance
  • Proficient in reading electrical schematics and blueprints
  • Previous experience with CMMS
  • Ability to travel to multiple locations
  • Ability to maintain a flexible schedule
