Must-have
facility operations including chilled water systems
operation of fire/life safety and HVAC systems
monitoring and maintenance of electrical systems
coordination of contractor activities
compliance with OSHA safety protocols
preventive maintenance on MEP equipment
Nice-to-have
experience with programmable logic controllers
knowledge of Building Automation Systems
proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
excellent internal and external customer service
verbal and written communication skills
experience with rigging and pneumatic tools
Key Requirements
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Universal Technician certification for CFCs or obtain within 90 days
Ability to work variable shifts in a 24/7 environment
Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally
Knowledge of OSHA and state powerhouse regulations
