Job Summary
Coordinate and participate in the recruiting and hiring of staff, and process employment related documentation.
Plan, conduct, and document all required Fire/Internal Disasters and External Mass Casualty Drills, and organize In Service education programs for staff.
Supervise staff, including taking or assisting with appropriate disciplinary measures, and provide direct resident/patient care.
