Manage all aspects of call center services overseeing a small group of 4-5 people along with a variety of tasks, systems, and processes critical to efficient and effective incentive processing and customer service.
Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements and other contractual requirements, manage and control the processing of rebate/incentive applications, and provide reporting to key managers for all aspects of the program.

Target Compensation: $68k - $73k; Compensation Range $56,300.00 - $84,500.00; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, 401(k) with company match, Paid leave time
