Job Summary

  • Manage all aspects of call center services overseeing a small group of 4-5 people along with a variety of tasks, systems, and processes critical to efficient and effective incentive processing and customer service.
  • Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements and other contractual requirements, manage and control the processing of rebate/incentive applications, and provide reporting to key managers for all aspects of the program.
