  • Manage the entire lifecycle of local applications, ensuring quality, availability, and compliance through ITIL/ITSM practices.
  • Provide advanced Level 2 and 3 application support, analyzing and resolving complex incidents, and coordinating development with external partners.
  • Administer and enhance internal SharePoint, develop solutions on Power Platform, and contribute to operational continuity through on-call service.
