Job Summary
The Claims IT Business Analyst will serve as a critical bridge between Global Claims Operations, Product, and Technology to enable delivery of the Claims by AIG Assist (GenAI) program.
This role will translate business priorities into actionable requirements, drive process optimization, and ensure GenAI capabilities are operationally viable, compliant, and aligned to the Claims Technology North Star.

Key Requirements
7+ years as a Business Analyst in Claims, Insurance, or Financial Services
Proven experience delivering AI/GenAI, automation, or advanced analytics solutions
Deep understanding of Claims workflows
Strong Agile delivery experience
Experience working with cross-functional global teams
Exposure to LLM-based solutions, prompt workflows, or human-in-the-loop AI
Familiarity with model governance, explainability, and regulatory controls
