Job Summary
The role serves as the central point of contact for guests, managing all incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and messages professionally.
Candidates must maintain strong system proficiency in Opera Cloud and StayPlease to accurately manage daily operations and guest requests.
The position requires flexibility to work rotating 12-hour shifts on a 4-4 day work week, including overnight shifts and public holidays.
