Lead and guide business line management in risk management responsibilities, identifying, managing, and reporting operational risks inherent in products, activities, processes, and systems.
Direct the implementation of the risk management framework, conduct quality risk assessments, and ensure business line specific policies and procedures are adequate and effectively implemented.
Provide regular risk updates by preparing risk management reports for bank and board level committees, articulating significant risk exposures that need immediate attention.
