Job Summary

The position offers a full-time Monday–Friday 6:00am-2:30pm day shift schedule with consistent, year-round work and excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match.
Company-paid ASE testing, CDL Class B training and licensing, and bonuses for ASE certification are provided to support career growth and skill development.

Salary
Base: $27.00-$28.00 per hour; Bonus/Equity: $3,000 hiring bonus plus $0.25/hour increase per ASE test passed up to $2/hour; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid holidays and vacation
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Diesel or automotive maintenance experience
Vehicle diagnostic and problem-solving skills
CDL Class B license or ability to obtain
Mechanic’s tool set possession
Perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections
Work Monday-Friday day shift
DOT drug testing compliance
Nice-to-have
Strong computer skills
Willingness to participate in ASE certification program

Key Requirements
At least 5 years diesel or automotive maintenance experience or equivalent education
Valid driver’s license required
CDL Class B or ability to obtain within 60 days
Willingness to participate in ASE certification program
