Job Summary
The Associate Director, Cell Therapy Logistics Coordinator Lead is the first‑line operational lead and primary “go‑to” for Logistics Coordinators (LCs) supporting autologous, allogeneic, and in vivo studies.
Responsibilities include overseeing day‑to‑day execution, implementing slot‑management rules, balancing LC workload, coaching on best practices, and ensuring compliance with GxP/GDP.
The role requires strong first‑line operational leadership without direct reports, the ability to prioritize, balance workloads, and coach/mentor team members.
